A Kidderminster poet is set to feature in an anthology aimed at raising funds for mental health charities.
Sallyanne Rock is one of 116 poets included in the book ‘Please Hear What I’m Not Saying’, which is released next month.
The Kidderminster resident hopes that the anthology will help raise vital funds and help provide support and advice for anyone experiencing mental health issues.
She said: “I am thrilled to be in this anthology to raise money for charity.
“Knowing the money we raise will be used to improve the lives of people living with mental health problems throughout the UK is amazing.
“The money raised will fund vital work such as helplines, advice services and campaigning.”
The book will be released on February 8 through Amazon, and will be available to buy both in paperback and Kindle formats, worldwide.
The project was brought together and edited by Guildford poet Isabelle Kenyon and people can find out more by visiting www.flyonthewallpoetry.co.uk.
