WE are trying to raise money to refurbish a play area in the Browning Road area of Ledbury through grants and fund raising by our own efforts, and Sunday was our first attempt at a car boot sale.
Special thanks are due to those who donated goods to give us a good display on four tables and the grass, and to the gentlemen who run Ledbury car boot sale for their kind support.
Also to Janet, Peter, Arthur and Sue, who all put so much time and effort into the day itself.
It was all very hard work leading up to and on the day, but we all enjoyed it even though we were all extremely tired when we got home.
