A golden handshake of how much?

First published in Letters by

I COULD not quite believe this Tuesday's Malvern Hills District Council agenda which reported that the chief executive is set to receive a golden handshake of £175,000 in redundancy pay.

Those Tories who run the council need to remember that it is our money that they are giving away.

I feel sure the people of Malvern Wells will make their feelings known in next week's council election.

Whoops, Denon, I see you're at it again. Add up the votes and you will see that nearly two thirds voted against having another Conservative Councillor. With your strength of feeling, anyone would think you were related to the winning Cllr.
