Dirty dog owners

I WOULD just like to thank the very irresponsible dog owner who walked along Wallwyn Road in Colwall letting their dog do its business all along the footpath opposite the library last Friday.

It is used by all the children heading to Colwall School.

I had been looking after my grandson and decided to take him a walk in his pram.

I did this only to be met with the filth all along the pavement, which at first I didn’t notice and I’m sure it must have caught out many of the small children going to the school.

I think there should be a very high fine indeed for those dog owners who choose to ignore their responsibilties.
