PTERODACTYLS shared the points with Ledbury Collection in a thrilling Paperstation Malvern League Division One 5-5 draw.

Wayne Chopping and Dave White claimed two singles victories each and combined to win the doubles against Nigel Foreshew and Craig Preece.

Harry Jutle won twice for Collection, including an excellent victory against Chopping, as did Foreshew, inflicting a rare defeat for White in the process.

Ledbury Lions defeated Crackpots ‘E’ 8-2 thanks to a maximum from Steve Meredith and two wins each for Richard Smith and Paul Kovacz.

Ramblers kept up their title challenge with an 8-2 victory against Manor Park Express thanks to maximums from Chris Hewitt and Graham Thompson, while Alan Salisbury contributed the other singles victory.

Manor Park Travellers maintained their 100 per cent record in Division Two with a 10-0 whitewash of CSSC Nomads thanks again to maximums from Toby Wren, Martin Snee and Ken Hipwell.

Wren and Snee also combined to take the doubles against Ed Palmer and Adrian Fray.

Charlie Burford and Dave Bradley were in top form for Wanderers, winning all their three matches in the 7-3 defeat of Upton Floods with Rob Weston contributing the other victory.

Poolbrook Dynamos defeated X Police 8-2 thanks to maximums from John Phillips and Tom James.

Geoff Burford also took one singles and the doubles with James against Steve and James Mulka.

Devils maintained their Division Three championship challenge with an 8-2 victory against Manor Park Crackpots thanks to another maximum from Paul Lythgoe and two wins each for Liz Hallam and Peter Harding.

Crackpots replied with two wins by Stephen Lindner.

Tornados are in hot pursuit following their 6-4 win against Poolbrook Panthers, thanks to three wins from Andy Banks and two from Dominic Weston. They also combined to take the crucial doubles against Collette James and Ewan Gear.

However, Panthers returned to winning ways with a 7-3 victory against Abbey College, who also suffered a narrow 6-4 defeat against Abbeydowne, despite two wins each for Dede and Wasel.

Chris Burrows and Len Hitchman enjoyed two victories each for Abbeydowne and also combined to take the doubles. Abbeydowne also won 8-2 against Team Tekkers thanks to a maximum from Niels Eriksson.
