In 2003 Francesca Millican bought a second-hand postcard for 50p in a knick knack shop in Devon.

The postcard sent on July 15, 1910, from Lincoln to London was addressed to Miss L Gibbs and the message on the back reads Be careful tomorrow AC.

As she began investigating the message she found herself becoming obsessed with finding the truth behind the elusive AC and Miss Gibbs.

Francesca documented her journey, the people she met, the things she found and the stories she heard.

Me Myself and Miss Gibbs is a genealogical quest with humour, poignancy and creativity.
