FALL: The scene at Morgan Court, Malvern, earlier today
AN ELDERLY woman has died after falling from a window at Morgan Court, Worcester Road, Malvern, this evening.
The woman, who was in her 80s, fell from the window at the sheltered housing accommodation at about 3.30pm.
Police said they are treating the death as unexplained and enquiries are continuing.
West Mercia Police are currently in attendance and West Midlands Ambulance Service has sent an ambulance and a rapid response vehicle.
A police spokeswoman said they could not confirm what floor she was on when she fell out of the window.
Malvern Cops tweeted that there are lots of vehicles in the area and asked people to drive safely. They tweeted to say the incident may last into the evening.
