A "fair amount" of interest has been shown in the former St James's School building in West Malvern.
The campus was put up for sale following the school's its merger with Malvern Girls' College to create Malvern St James.
Bids for the site, which could fetch up to £6 million, were submitted to agents Andrew Grant Commercial last week.
Yesterday (Thursday), a Malvern St James spokesman declined to say how many bids had been received.
"But there has been a fair amount of interest," said Andrew Haddow. "The school governors and the school's commercial team are discussing them at the moment."
