THE recipe for Malvern Pudding is safely preserved at the town's museum in Abbey Road and available to anyone who is interested. Museum curator Brian Iles has made the announcement after a couple of regional TV and radio programmes last week included the dish in a list of lost British recipes. "In fact, Malvern Museum has been supplying copies of the recipe for this local apple pudding for many years," he said. "It was not as lost as some may think." Recipe cards are available either from the museum or Malvern Tourist Information Centre in Church Street, priced 20p.
