MUSIC, a spectacular flypast and a celebrity guest are just some of the reasons to visit the 55th annual Alfrick and Lulsley Show and Fete.
The event will be held tomorrow (Saturday) and Henry Sandon, of BBC television's Antiques Roadshow, will officially open it at 1.30pm. At 2.30pm a World War Two Douglas C47 Dakota plane will perform a flypast of the main arena.
The arena itself plays host to jazz, dog heelwork, circus and gymnastic displays and workshops throughout the afternoon.
Horticultural products will be on display in the grand marquee and the popular dog show returns.
Visitors will not go hungry with a sumptuous pig roast and barbecue. There will be a bar as well as various stalls, and displays of birds of prey and vintage cars.
Last year the show attracted more than 3,000 visitors and organiser Gavin Lewis is hoping for a repeat this year. All money raised goes to charity.
