THE Malverns range is among the uplands that appear in a new book by author and photographer John Bradford.
The book, Severn's Southern Hills, celebrates in words and pictures the hills on either side of the river between the Clent Hills in the north and May Hill in the south.
Mr Bradford reveals some of the unique features, attractions and hidden secrets of these hills, including episodes from history and folklore.
A semil-retired designer and art director, he has walked on these hills for the last 20 years.
The book is published by Hunt End Books of Redditch and is available from shops such as Beacon Books, priced £12.49.
