MALVERN in Bloom has already signed up a new entry for the Neighbourhood Awards section of the 2010 Heart of England in Bloom campaign.
Malvern Youth Centre will be taking part in the competition for the first time next year. Judges were impressed by the early stages of work on a flower garden and vegetable patch at the Youth Centre when they visited neighbouring South Worcestershire College this summer, and will now be returning to view the youth centre in its own right next year.
Malvern in Bloom launched its 2010 campaign with a meeting in the Malvern Town Council offices, in Belle Vue Terrace, yesterday (Thursday, November 12).
