A NEW map book aims to address the age-old problem of visitors and delivery drivers getting lost in an area where many houses have no numbers and lanes have no names.
Davis Smallwood, of Castlemorton Common, has just published his guide to the Hanley Swan area, which covers Guarlford, Hanley Castle, Rhydd Green and Upper Welland.
The guide is the second Mr Smallwood has produced, with his first, a guide to the Upton area, proving so popular that he released a third updated edition earlier this year.
As before this latest guide features a map of the area and all properties are listed alphabetically by their names.
Mr Smallwood spends several days walking, cycling and driving around the area to complete each book.
He does not receive any profit from the books, which are on sale at Welland Post Office and The Map Shop in Upton, priced £3.90.
