A 87-YEAR-OLD woman was taken to hospital after a crash at the roundabout at the Twyford roundabout in Evesham.
The elderly driver, who suffered neck and rib pain, was taken to Alexandra Hospital in Redditch following the crash on Sunday, September 18.
A silver Volkswagen Polo and a black Skoda Fabia were involved in the crash at the A46/A44 roundabout.
The incident took place at just before 3.51pm with two ambulances and a paramedic area support officer being sent to the scene.
Fire crews from Broadway and Evesham also attended the scene and the road was closed while the emergency services responded.
The road was reopened at 4.09pm and investigations are ongoing to find out the cause of the incident.
Police are appealing for witnesses, who can ring 101 and quote the incident number 468s of Sunday, September 18.
