PUPILS from a Malvern school have been presented with dictionaries by local Rotarians.

The youngsters from Years Five and Six at Northleigh Primary School were given the presents as part of the club’s Dictionary 4 Life scheme. The scheme has been going for a number of years.

Malvern Rotary Club president, David Jones, said: “The project is an endeavour to help young people improve their language skills.

“Northleigh head, Rose Carberry, thanked us for selecting her school this year and in a couple of weeks time children at Malvern Parish Primary School will also receive similar dictionaries.”
