MALVERN firm Resolve Information Technology has secured a major contract to supply computer hardware and software to the Netherlands, its first such contract outside the UK.

With a potential contract worth around £90,000, the company based at the Enigma Resolve has already delivered the first of three consignments to the Dutch client, with the rest to be made by the end of the year.

The consignment involves a single machine, known as The Beast, to run multiple server systems.

Director Tim Winstanley said: "This is fantastic news for the company and also for our team as we continue to grow the business, developing customer relations from initial contract into expanded long-term business.

"The Beast is a powerful server capable of running up to eight virtual servers from this one machine, making it cost-effective and a much greener energy efficient system to run."
