West Malvern Village News
Twin events in West Malvern tomorrow, Saturday September 10th, starting with the coffee morning and bring–and–buy sale organised by the Friends of St James Church. The church will be open from 10.30am – 1.00pm, when as well as coffees, teas and home-made cakes there will be stalls offering a variety of books (early Christmas present possibilities?), produce and bric–a-brac. All proceeds will help to further the Friends’ aims of supporting the maintenance and improvement of church facilities and the churchyard.
When you have generously supported that event, what could be better than the “inexpensive night out” promised at the Royal British Legion’s Fun Night to be held at the Lower Road club from 8.30pm – 11.30pm? Everyone will be welcome to enjoy the usual popular mix of skittles, bingo, free food, a raffle and a game of Killer
