LAST Thursday the Cordery Club celebrated the Queens 90th birthday with a real cream tea complete with strawberries.Everyone had a arrived wearing something red, white and blue and there were many excellent decorated hats. Sarah Amery played many tunes on her viola (made by her

father) encouraging us all to sing-a-long and ended the afternoon with the National Anthem.

This Sunday St.James Church is hosting a bring and share lunch to continue the celebrations. It starts at 12.30, so bring a plate of something to share; everyone is welcome. Tea and coffee will be provided free and there are children's activities as well.

Reminder that the car boot is on Sunday as well. Gates open at 9am.

The Dog Show and Fete is on Saturday 25 June. Lots of stalls, our famous cake stall, strawberries and cream, alpacas on display, paint balling, gun dog display and much much more. Entrance is free.
