FOLLOWING our Easter celebrations, we have planned several events to support our fund-raising for the Development Project, Phase Two. The first of these is a concert on Saturday, April 23 celebrating Shakespeare and St George. We are delighted to welcome back The Hills Singers who have a varied programme of music and readings based on this theme. The concert begins at 7.30pm in the church and includes light refreshments during the interval. A bar will operate throughout the evening and you will be assured of a warm welcome. Do come and join us for this special evening as we celebrate 400 years since the death of Shakespeare. Future events for your diary are a Harp Recital on May 21 at 7.30pm, Open Gardens Weekend 18-19 June and a Summer Garden Party on Saturday, July 23 at Masons Farm. For further details visit www.castlemortonevents.org.uk
Our service this Sunday is the Family Service at 11.15am when The Revd Chris Moss will give an illustrated address and refreshments will be served afterwards. All are welcome to join us for this informal act of worship.
