THE Friends of St Peter's Church held a tea party at Powick Parish Hall on Sunday afternoon July 19 to raise funds for a new heating system at the church.
80 people enjoyed delicious dainty sandwiches, home-made cakes and scones all prepared and served by a dedicated team of ladies and young people.
The whole event was organised by Sally Gurney and was a great success.
