AT the May meeting of Malvern U3A, Dr Poppy Lamberton gave a very enlightening talk about her work in Uganda and other African countries, trying to minimize the lifelong damage to both children and adults caused by parasites and the knock on effect this had on the economy of developing countries.
The meeting this month is at 2pm at The Cube on Tuesday, June 30 when Andrew Lound returns to talk about Brunel’s innovative ship The SS Great Britain. All are welcome.
