TONIGHT, Friday, March 20, Flicks in the Sticks present a Swedish comedy, with English subtitles, called The Hundred Year Old Man … Who climbed Out of a Window and Disappeared (15).

Homemade ice cream, wine and nibbles will be available on the night. Entrance is £5 for adults and £2.50 for children. Doors open at 7.15pm for a 7.30pm start.

Tomorrow, Saturday, March 21, Bosbury’s regular Farmers’ Market and Coffee Morning will be held, between 10.30am and noon, at Bosbury Parish Hall. Stallholders offer an excellent variety of produce, meat, seasonal vegetables, preserves, cakes, bread, liqueurs, crafts, cards and Fairtrade groceries and gifts. Fairtrade coffee or tea, with a biscuit at £1 will also be available. Entry is free.

Also tomorrow, March 21, The Parish Hall Committee are holding a Quiz and Fish & Chip Supper at 7.30pm in the Parish Hall. The cost of a table is £10, for a team of four. On Sunday, March 22, Evensong will be held at 6.30pm at Holy Trinity Church Bosbury. All are welcome.
