IN our December meeting we were thoroughly entertained by a pantomime “The Curse of the Dress Rehearsal” written, directed and produced by our own Pam Wade with performances from members of the WI and musical accompaniment by John Quibell-Smith, who also provided musical accompaniment for carols later in the evening.
The New Year started with six members of our Walking Group setting off on an expedition from British Camp, coming down past the reservoir and coming out on the road across Castlemorton Common, where they were met by Sheila’s husband who provided seasonal refreshments and Jaye, who helped bring the members home.
For our January meeting we were all having a go at Tai-Chi, with David Webster from Dragon Tree Martial Arts providing an engaging and enjoyable evening. We meet on the second Thursday of every month and our next meeting is on February 12, do come along and see what we do and what we are about.
