AT the meeting of the Malvern & District Branch of the Royal Engineers Association Annual General Meeting held on Tuesday, October 7 at the Cradley Royal British Legion Club, which was chaired by Lieutenant Colonel H G R Taggart, RE (Ret) the following officers were elected.
Chairman: Mr B F Twist, Vice-Chairman: Mr L J Bacon, Secretary/Treasurer: Mr TWebb, Branch Standard Bearer: M r G A Fellows, Deputy Standard Bearer: Mark Beard. Branch Scrutineers: Mr L J Bacon, Mr K Follett.
In the Branch ordinary meeting which followed and chaired by the Branch Chairman Mr B F Twist, Lieutenant Colonel H G R Taggart, RE (Ret) gave a report of the activities of Team Sapper to raise funds for various military charities.
It was also announced that Mr T Webb had been accepted as a suitable person to be elected to the REA Management Committee.
