ELAINE Cox gave a very upbeat and informative presentation on the history and work of Acorns Hospice at the October meeting of Parkway WI.
Members were appreciative of some of the stories she told regarding a few of the families helped by Acorns and were heartened to hear that it is not purely an end of life experience.
The next meeting of Parkway WI will be on November 11 and will be the AGM.
