THE Black Pear Gardening Club’s July visit was to the one acre garden of Roger and Barbara Parker.
The garden contains four ponds, bog garden, flower beds,an Oriental area, vegetable patch, greenhouses and ornamental poultry.
The garden also opens for the NGS.
There is a coach trip on Friday, August 22 to The Yeo Valley Organic Gardens, Somerset. This wonderful garden was the home of the recent BBC2 series Hive Alive.
