A local law firm has welcomed an expert in clean energy to its team.

Harriet Murray Jones, who works in energy, renewable and property has joined Harrison Clark Rickerbys' Hereford office.

As a legal expert in the field, Ms Murray Jones will lead its energy team, as well as increasing the firm's commercial property strength. A specialist in clean energy projects, her experience includes all forms of on and off-shore wind, solar and biomass and anaerobic digestion.

She said: "Clean energy is such a dynamic and fast-moving area of work that it’s vital to stay ahead of the new technology and commercial development in the field. Joining the team at Harrison Clark Rickerbys gives me the chance to expand what the region’s leading practice offers to clients. It’s a fantastic opportunity.”

Ms Murray Jones' renewable energy experience includes acting for developers, buyers and landowners including RES, Farm Energy Partnership, Centrica, the Forewind consortium, RWE Npower Renewables and Scottish and Southern Energy plc.
