IN spite of the weather, Bosbury enjoyed a wonderful jubilee weekend, including the splendidly well-attended Big Lunch, the sold-out pig roast and the Bell’s spectacular firework display.
The fete was relocated to the parish hall. Very many thanks to all those who worked to give the village a memorable Diamond Jubilee celebration. As part of the event, Bosbury and Coddington Parish Council are to present a commemorative medal to every young person, up to the age of 16, and living in the parish.
Bosbury WI’s next meeting will be at 7.30pm on Thursday in the parish hall.
Speaker Christopher Graham will talk about Butchery, Meat Cuts and Cooking.
