WITH reference to the letter from Ms Holloway last week (No pets please).
Festival Housing owns and manages nearly 10,000 properties across Worcestershire and Herefordshire and in the great majority of these properties we welcome pets.
The properties advertised are newly built flats, for a new tenancy type known as ‘intermediate rent’, in Malvern Vale where new carpets are provided and tenants are given short term tenancies. We have, therefore, decided that it is not appropriate to allow pets in to these properties.
The funding conditions for this type of property also require them to be let to working households.
At Festival we have a wide range of housing for a wide range of tenants all with different needs, we offer these properties along with extensive tenancy support, financial advice welfare advice and the ability to apply for housing benefit to help with the rent.
