TWINS from Malvern are hoping cupid’s bow strikes twice as they search for their dream man on hit TV dating show Take Me Out.

Kate and Lucy Goody have appeared on the show hosted by Paddy McGuiness on the past two Saturday nights and are hoping their Mr Right will appear this week.

Each week four single men appear on the show and try and impress the 30 girls who each have a light in front of them.

If the women don’t like what they see they turn their light off, or in the words of the show’s host, “no likey, no lighty”.

After three rounds if any of the ladies still have their lights on the lucky lad gets to select who will join him on a trip to the isle of Fernandos, Tenerife.

The 26-year-olds are yet to leave their lights on to be in the running for a date.

Despite the show being filmed in February the twins cannot reveal whether or not they get whisked off this Saturday.

Kate, who teaches fitness classes in Malvern, said: “We have been watching the show since it has been on and we wondered what it be like. Neither of us had boyfriends so we applied.

“I wanted to go on to find that nice man, my Mr Right. I have to admit I go for the pretty boys. Blond hair, blue eyes and muscles. I didn’t like any of the guys last week, even Rob with his nice car, that doesn’t impress me.”
