A BUDDHIST teacher is launching his first collection of poems in Malvern on Friday, November 11.
David Brazier, whose parents live in Upton-upon-Severn, unveils Her Mothers Eye’s at the Grove in Avenue Road at 7.30pm.
Many of the poems were written in Japan and he has penned several non-fiction books but is perhaps best known as a teacher of Buddhism and psychotherapy.
Mr Brazier said: “I’m really pleased to be launching my first collection in Malvern, whose beautiful hills I have walked upon many times.”
The book launch will be hosted by Fiona Robyn and Kaspalita Thompson who run a Pureland Buddhist group in Malvern. For more information call 01684 572 444 or e-mail kaspalita@amidatrust.com.
