AN arts and crafts exhibition at Upton Parish Church raised more than £280 towards church funds.
Around 100 examples of painting, pottery and needlework were on display over bank holiday weekend, mostly supplied by congregation members.
Treasurer David Forgan said: "It was a very successful weekend."
The church still needs extra funds after revealing last year that its reserves were steadily being depleted.
Mr Forgan is planning more fundraisers this autumn.
