IN reply to Coun Clive Smith's comments about problems with flooding on page one of last week's Malvern Gazette, I have had numerous meetings (letters dating back to 1995) with the highways authority about the flooding problem to my property and work has been done in the wrong areas.
Highways have said to me to put this problem right would cost too much money!
I have been in touch with my MP and will be going to see my solicitor.
Advice I have been given is that I have a good case against Worcestershire County Council and should take it to the Local Government Ombudsman.
