THE concluding Lent Talk which was the fourth of the series under the heading The Moral Maze in Medical Ethics and entitled: Walk humbly with your God was held on Thursday, April 14 at the Elim International Centre in West Malvern when Dr June Jones (senior lecturer in Biomedical Ethics at the University of Birmingham) focused on Truth Telling.

It was followed by many thought provoking questions from an audience of about 140 people. A vote of thanks was given by Dr. David Webster and a gift and flowers were presented to June by Chris Bray (Chairman) and Jenny Bull (Secretary) in appreciation of the four excellent talks given by June during this years’ period of Lent.

Thanks are also extended to Great Malvern Priory and the Elim Centre for hosting the talks, to the Beacon Fellowship for all their support and to Roy Knightley (manager of The Lyttelton Well) for doing the bookstall. The recommended books can still be obtained from The Well and a recording of the talks can be ordered by phoning 01684 560920.
