TWO brothers have been voted on to the Worcestershire Youth Cabinet.

James and Edward Workman were declared members for the Malvern Hills district at County Hall on Saturday, February 19.

It is the first time 14-year-old James has been part of the cabinet and older brother Edward, aged 16, returns for his fourth year.

They both go to The Chase Technology College.

James said: “It’s absolutely brilliant, I’ve really wanted to do it since my brother got into it. We have similar ideas but they are on very different scales.”

Both wrote manifestos with heavy emphasis on the cost of public transport, university tuition fees and activities for young people in the local area.
