Inquest returns open verdict

AN open verdict has been returned into the death of a 60-year-old Malvern woman who overdosed on prescription drugs.

Elaine Linton-Collins was found dead at home on Tuesday, June 15 and an inquest was opened by Worcestershire Coroners Service.

The medical cause of death was given as an overdose of Citalopram and Tramadol when the inquest was closed on Wednesday (September 15).
