THE season got off to a flying start for Cradley against a good Ombersley side.
The visitors started the liveliest and it wasn’t long before they took the lead through Dan Revell, who took advantage of a rebound from a Piers Kirkpatrick-Jones to fire home the first goal.
This was followed by number two which was another good shot in from Kirkpatrick-Jones.
The second-half saw Cradley dominate the play with goals from Ben Finch, followed within minutes by another long range shot following a mis-kick by the keeper.
Substitute Thomas Fairclough came on later to grab two more goals, including a chip.
