LEAGUE MEETINGS 2008-09 League meetings are a very important part of the league running smoothly. Its an opportunity for the committee to update clubs on changes that have happened or are taking place and to seek their input. It is vital that clubs are represented at each meeting.
The dates for league meetings for 2008-09 will be as follows: 10th August 2008 28th September 2008 23rd November 2008 22nd February 2009 19th April 2009 7th June 2009 – AGM All league meetings start at 8pm promptly and will take place at The Bell Inn, St Johns, Worcester.
Secretaries of all clubs in the league should attend every meeting or be represented by a nominated club representative. All clubs must attend all meetings or provide apologies to a league committee member prior to the meeting. Clubs will be fined for non-attendance at a league meeting and that fine will be doubled if no apologies have been received by a league committee member.
