Count Arthur Strong

Legendary sitcom character Count Arthur Strong is gradually phasing in his farewell to the nation with a tour, and is set to treat audiences at the Forum Theatre on Saturday (March 16) at 8pm.

Strong, portrayed by Steve Delaney, is an eccentric, upper class, pompous character, who has featured on TV screens as well as on radio waves.

Get your tickets to the legendary character's final farewell from £27.

Chris Wood

Also on Saturday at 7.30pm, West Malvern Social Club will play host to the sharp and piercing harmonies of singer-songwriter Chris Wood.

Known as a serious speech-master for the unofficial history of England, Wood has a trove of thought-provoking songs to share, with fascinating metaphors for contemporary society.

In a review of the performer, fROOTS wrote: "Chris Wood might be the Ken Loach of songwriting. Very political, but at the same time full of compassion, and he grows sharper and more acute with each passing album.

"He’s good, quite probably the very best we have today, and we need him more than ever.”

Tickets are available from £18.

I Am Mark

With Easter just around the corner, rounding up the week's events on Sunday (March 17) at St James the Great Church from 3pm will be a word-for-word solo performance of 'I Am Mark'.

Stefan Smart, performing solo, will bring to life the original narration of the Bible gospel, with all its characters and nuances, word-for-word.

The portrayal of 19 miracles "has the potential to capture 21st century hearts and minds like no other".

Tickets are available for just £5 each.
