Severn Trent customers could get help with their water bill, including up to 70 per cent off.

The company has encouraged customers to investigate availability of financial support as some may be eligible for discounts.

It offers initiatives including Big Difference Scheme, WaterSure, debt support, flexible payment plans and more.

Severn Trent external relationships manager, Mark Grice said: "“We don’t want anyone to worry about their bill or struggle paying it.

"We also understand that everyone’s situation is different".
