An application to build nine new homes at a Welland care centre headlines this week's planning list.
This plan is one of many submitted to Malvern Hills District Council this week.
The application was made for Welland House Care Centre, Lime Grove, which will also include the development of associated works.
The Court House Nursing Home, 3-5 Court Road in Malvern also plans significant development with a two-phased demolition followed by the construction of two new buildings, alongside associated parking and landscaping.
In Malvern, 22 Eston Avenue is seeking a two-storey side extension and a single-storey rear extension, along with the replacement of a porch.
Lastly, Ryall Cottage in Upton-upon-Severn has applied to construct an oak-framed carport, which would also include the installation of solar panels to the roof.
