STORM Eleanor has brought trees crashing down in Bromsgrove, but winds are expected to die down this afternoon.
Worcestershire County Council's Highways team has helped to clear away 40 toppled trees in the last 24 hours - including this one in Hartford Road (pictured), which was ripped from its roots.
The Met Office issued a yellow warning for the wind in Worcestershire, which is expected to move eastwards throughout this afternoon.
The warning says: "Some delays to road, rail, air and ferry transport are likely with some journeys taking longer.
"Delays for high-sided vehicles on exposed routes and bridges are also possible.
"There is also the potential for some short term loss of power supplies."
