Pupils from The Downs Malvern are awarded a host of scholarships
A MALVERN school is celebrating after 19 of its Year 8 pupils achieved 34 awards to go to five different senior schools next year.
The pupils from The Downs Malvern won the scholarships and awards for academic promise, art, design technology, drama, music, sport, or a combination of all areas.
Alastair Cook, headmaster, said: "Once again, we at The Downs Malvern are delighted that the tremendous effort of our children and their hard-working teachers has been recognised with this large number of awards.”
