WARWICKSHIRE College Group (WCG) which has colleges in Pershore, Evesham and Malvern, has been shortlisted for an award.
The WCG group has been shortlisted in the employer engagement and apprenticeship programme of the year at the prestigious TES FE Awards 2017 awards, which recognise the achievements of national further education providers.
Group principal and CEO Angela Joyce said: “We are absolutely delighted to be shortlisted for these national awards.
"WCG is the largest college apprenticeship training provider in the region, with over 2,000 apprentices training with us every year, so to be recognised in this way is a real endorsement of our work with employers.
"Employer engagement and our apprenticeship programme are key to this, so I’d like to thank all the staff involved - this is a true reflection of their commitment and hard work.”
TES FE editor Stephen Exley said: “Our judges have been extremely impressed with the high quality and quantity of entries we have received this year. Congratulations to everyone.”
Winners will be announced on February 24, during a ceremony at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London.
