Congestion on A46 southbound brings traffic to a standstill
THERE are 10 minute delays on the A46 southbound between the A435 Evesham South and the M5.
Congestion has brought traffic to a standstill although normal traffic conditions should return within 10 minutes.
9.12am UPDATE: we are hearing that normal traffic has resumed.
