A TAXI driver was robbed at knifepoint by a man who paid his fare then asked for it back.

The incident happened in the Guarlford Straight, Malvern just after midnight in the early hours of Sunday, May 8.

The offender had been picked up by the taxi in Grange Road.

After the short journey the offender paid his £15 fare then immediately produced a knife and demanded the money back.

The taxi driver handed the money over. No-one was injured.

The offender is described as a white man aged 25-30 years old, 5ft 10ins tall, unshaven with wavy, blonde, shoulder length hair.

He was wearing a black beanie hat, brown jacket, grey trousers and shoes and wore a ring on his left hand.
