PLANS to demolish existing buildings and replace them with four cottages will go before planners on Wednesday (May 23).
Proposals for the Organ Hall, off the Worcester Road, Malvern Link, are for two-bedroom cottages, on land currently occupied by a printer's workshop.
Despite objections from residents on nearby Russell Drive, planning officers have recommended planning permission be granted.
