FIVE HGV lorries have been involved in a crash on the M5.
Nobody was injured in the crash which is causing long delays in Worcester particularly along the A38 both ways between Birch Lane and A4440 Broomhall Way.
Firefighters were called to the pile-up on the northbound carriageway between junction 8 (South Wales/ Ross-on-Wye) and junction 7 (Worcester/Evesham) around 10.50am.
A spokesman from Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service said: "There are five heavy goods vehicles involved. "No people are trapped.
"Two drivers are receiving treatment for minor injuries.
"We sent appliances from Worcester, Upton and Ledbury and support vehicles from Stourport and Droitwich. "We are still there making the scene safe."
Two lanes of the motorway are closed causing long tailbacks.
There are approximately six miles of slow moving traffic on the northbound carriageway caused by the crash.
