Suspicious incident in Welland
A WHITE Ford Transit-style van pulled up at a house in Castlemorton Common, Welland, at 11.30am on Saturday, September 5 and a white man, described as stocky, tall, balding and aged between 40 and 50 wearing a t-shirt and work trousers, got out and went into the garden of a house.
He ran off and drove away when the resident let their dogs out.
