Following a recommendation from Malvern Town Council’s policy and resources committee, full council has unanimously voted to expand its events calendar, and to employ a full-time events co-ordinator to build on its existing programme of community events such as the Mayor’s Bonanza and Bands in the Park.
This new role will also be responsible for developing partnerships with other organisations, which are responsible for other events in and around Malvern throughout the year, in order to develop and promote the town’s events calendar.
Eadwine Brown has been appointed to the post, following a very successful period as maternity cover in the position of events and operations officer.
Malvern Town Council is delighted to welcome Eadwine to the team and looks forward to working with him to develop an exciting new calendar of events for Malvern.
